What are YOU Becoming !? Pt 6

Of all the resources discussed thus far, none relates more to the title of this series than the discussion of this week. To become courageous, you just need to put yourself in situations that require courage; to become trustworthy, you need to be reliable in your words and actions; to become someone of integrity, you need to always keep the promises made to yourself and others; to become excellent, you need to keep going the extra mile for yourself and others. It seems fairly obvious how to develop most resources at our disposal, but what seems to elude many is how to become passionate.

How To Develop Passion

It's easy to become passionate about what you love, but not so much, if you don't have an affinity for it. When you're faced with that dilemma, one of the ways out of it, is to ask yourself the right questions. Why am I doing this? What promise am I keeping by doing this? What am I becoming, by doing this? What contribution am I making, by doing this? Who am I helping by doing this? An HONEST and SATISFIED response to these questions and more, will grow passion for any activity. And to sustain your passion, all you need to do, is keep revisiting the questions, and coming up with better responses, till the activity is finished or the goal is attained.

A Faster Approach

Passion is an emotion, and just like a muscle, it needs to be exercised to be maintained - Anthony Robbins. You might be asking the right questions, and responding the right way, but if you don't CONSTANTLY maintain your passion, it will die out. The FASTEST and EASIEST way to do that, is through a set of physical rituals/routines. - Anthony Robbins. For example to rekindle or maintain the passion in your relationship, assuming there's no underlying character flaw, you should relive the physical routines you did when it was VERY passionate, such as asking your spouse how his/her day went at the end of the day, going out on strolls, doing activities together, having more intimate times together, complimenting one another, communicating more or being more physical every chance you get.

How To Grow Passion

Now, to grow your passion, all you need to do, is to come up with a unique set of physical rituals or questions to respond to.
